Our client is seeking a dynamic professional to join the team in a strategic leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to influence key decisions, drive innovation, and lead transformative initiatives within the financial industry.

Your New Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead and manage the IT function, including infrastructure, IT security, and application teams.
  • Inspire and guide the IT team to achieve operational excellence and productivity.
  • Oversee IT budgeting and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience with strong hands-on expertise.
  • Proven track record of managing regional teams across APAC.
  • Strong background in system deployment and project management.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
