Your new role

- Manage and maintain the daily operations of the IT infrastructure to keep systems and networks running smoothly.
- Develop and follow IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
- Continuously improve the service desk with automation and self-service.
- Create and update IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and security.
- Closely monitor the IT infrastructure and quickly resolve any problems that come up.
- Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute IT upgrades and changes.
- Work with the development team to seamlessly integrate cloud services into applications.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in networking, firewalls, and cloud computing.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (such as ITIL) and experience with IT service desk operations.
