Rapidly growing manufacturing company with operations across Asia
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and address the specific needs of the Asia region, including talent acquisition, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent across all levels in the manufacturing sector.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to promote employee retention, satisfaction, and alignment with organizational culture.
Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the global compensation team to design competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with market practices in the region.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance management system, ensuring that employees' goals align with the company's strategic objectives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements across the region.
Administrative Functions: Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facility operations, and vendor relationships, to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the Asia region.
Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
Proven experience in handling HR aspects of post-merger integration and organizational restructuring.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance across multiple countries in Asia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, multinational environment.
Fluency in English and at least one other Asian language is required.
Experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred.
