Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is seeking a seasoned Head of Hospitality & Corporate Services to lead and transform workplace hospitality, catering, corporate travel, and event services across its Hong Kong offices.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality workplace experience while ensuring operational efficiency, strong governance, and alignment with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hospitality & Catering Services Management
- Oversee end-to-end catering operations across all Hong Kong offices, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage services
- Define and implement service standards, SOPs, and quality controls aligned with corporate expectations.
- Monitor performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency of catering services
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including sustainability and wellness-focused offerings
2. Vendor & Contract Management
- Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management for catering, travel, and related service providers
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure value for money, service quality, and compliance
- Ensure all vendors meet regulatory, health & safety, and corporate compliance requirements
3. Event & Corporate Hospitality Management
- Oversee planning and execution of internal and external corporate events, including senior leadership engagements and client-facing functions
- Manage budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination for events of varying scale and complexity
4. Corporate Travel Services
- Manage the corporate travel programme, including policy design, supplier management, and traveller experience
- Optimise travel costs while maintaining service quality and employee satisfaction
- Oversee relationships with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, and hotels
- Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and applicable regulatory requirements
5. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, Front Office teams) to align services with business needs
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership on hospitality and corporate services matters
- Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure consistency with enterprise-wide standards
- Engage external partners and vendors to maintain strong working relationships
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate services team
- Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Build capabilities and succession plans within the team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
- 12–15+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate services, workplace services, or facilities management
- Proven track record in vendor management, catering operations, and event management within large, complex organisations (FS industry preferred)
- Strong experience managing corporate travel programmes
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on service quality and client experience
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
