- Lead entire Financial Reporting function including group consolidation, result announcement, annual report, regulatory requirements
- Support business cases, potential investments/ M&A
- Prepare Board papers for different committees
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant
- 20 years of work experience in sizeable HK listed companies
- Pure audit experience in Big 4 would be considered
- Cantonese and English
