My client is one of the leading corporate banks in Asia, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead the finance function for our Hong Kong branch. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's financial operations and ensuring robust financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the branch's business objectives
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, ALM, procurement, and other key financial reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Manage the branch's accounting, treasury, and tax compliance functions to ensure adherence to Hong Kong's regulatory requirements
- Partner with business units to provide financial analysis and decision support to drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Lead a team of finance professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Liaise with the regional and global finance teams to align the Hong Kong branch's financial practices with the bank's overall standards

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong's financial regulations and reporting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficient in using financial management software and data analysis tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is required
