Your new role

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support growth initiatives.

• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and control.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end closing, tax filings, and audit processes.
• Implement and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency and scalability.

• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and dashboards to track business health.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within retail or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong expertise in business partnering and financial operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
