Your new role

• Lead the full spectrum of finance functions including financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax and compliance for a Hong Kong–based manufacturing group
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, operational efficiency and long-term value creation
• Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across multiple business units and regions
• Ensure robust internal controls, risk management and corporate governance standards are maintained
• Manage cash flow, funding requirements and banking relationships
• Lead, mentor and develop finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and international standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent required
• Minimum 12 years of relevant finance experience, with a significant portion gained in the manufacturing sector
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-layered finance teams across multiple locations
• Strong experience in financial planning & analysis, costing, inventory management and operational finance within a manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing treasury, cash flow, banking relationships and funding structures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
