Your new role

• Oversee group financial reporting and accounting team, lead a large team
• Manage global tax planning, compliance, and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with HKEX listing rules, IFRS, audit requirements, and local regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance standards.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Strengthen financial processes, systems, and policies across global subsidiaries.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity enhancement, and operational performance for manufacturing operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA qualification is a must.
• Minimum 15 years of senior finance experience, ideally within Hong Kong listed companies with global exposure
• Strong knowledge of HKEX listing rules, IFRS, and global regulatory environments.
• Proven experience managing regional or global finance teams.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset, and demonstrated ability to support business transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• High integrity, resilience, and a strategic yet hands‑on leadership style.
