Role Responsibilities:

Leadership:
Oversee and manage credit operations functions, including loan origination, underwriting, credit risk assessment, credit monitoring, collections, and customer service.
Team Management:
Lead a team in HK & SZ, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure productivity and performance.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work with Product, Risk, Marketing, Technology, Legal & Compliance to drive business initiatives and risk control.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain relationships with regulators, credit bureaus, and industry associations.
Reporting:
Develop robust reporting frameworks for accurate credit portfolio reporting.
Regulatory Compliance:
Handle regulatory/audit follow-ups and implement remedial measures.
Staff Development:
Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a strong Credit Operations team.
Risk Awareness:
Promote risk and control awareness through regular training.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of work experience, with 10 years in management roles in unsecured lending and credit operations.
Skills:
Leadership, management, data analysis, collaboration, multitasking, and language proficiency (English, Chinese, Mandarin).
