• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning across regional markets.
• Partner with the executive team to drive business growth and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
  
  

• Drive capital-raising initiatives (equity, debt, or hybrid).
• Prepare investor materials, financial models, and due diligence packages.
• Manage relationships with investors, VCs, and financial institutions.
  
  

• Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration planning.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Proven experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of regional financial regulations (e.g., Southeast Asia, Greater China).
• Fintech/ payment/ TMT industry experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
