Your new role

• As the Head of Corporate Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s internal and external image, enhancing brand reputation, and driving effective communication strategies. You will lead help to build and expand the team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
• Drive CSR campaigns at the corporate level.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote responsible business practices.
• Create relevant materials such as press releases, presentations, and website content.
• Manage both traditional and digital communication channels.
• Oversee media relations, crisis communication, and corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Lead the development and implementation of new corporate policies and initiatives.
• Strategize, coordinate, and oversee large-scale corporate events across global offices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within banking financial services or securities.
• Proven track record in managing high-impact communication campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a global perspective.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
