Your Company
Your company is a leading education and rehabilitation organisation dedicated to supporting children and young people with diverse needs. With a strong mission to maximise potential, empower families, and promote an inclusive society, your company delivers professional assessment, training, and support services. They are now seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader to drive communications and branding efforts to further enhance their impact and public engagement.

Your Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the relevant committee, you will lead the Communications Team and oversee the development and execution of integrated branding and communication strategies. You will manage both print and digital channels, including annual reports, websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials to ensure high-quality and consistent messaging.
In addition, you will oversee publication strategies to enhance visibility and sales, manage media relations, monitor public sentiment, and respond to reputational risks. You will also build strong relationships with media and key stakeholders to maximise exposure and public awareness, while continuously improving internal workflows and communication effectiveness.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
You will hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. You should have a proven track record in corporate communications, branding, media relations, and marketing strategy, with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
You will bring hands-on experience in developing and editing a wide range of marketing materials, such as newsletters, press releases, annual reports, and social media content. A strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and develop a team are essential.
You should be creative, resourceful, and adaptable, with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and negotiation abilities. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required. Prior experience in the NGO sector will be an advantage.

What You’ll Get in Return
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a purpose-driven organisation where your work will have meaningful social impact.
