A leading life insurer is looking for a team leader to oversee regulatory governance and compliance reporting.

Your new role

• Lead compliance management and risk reporting to senior management, boards, and committees

• Oversee group‑wide regulatory compliance programmes, including FATCA/CRS, outsourcing, ABC, and Code of Conduct

• Drive implementation and enhancement of the regulatory compliance framework across multiple insurance entities

• Advise business and functional teams on regulatory development and compliance risk areas

• Support compliance projects, investigations, and team development initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• 12+ years’ experience in compliance or risk within financial services

• Strong exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks, governance, and reporting

• Working knowledge of HK (and ideally Macau) insurance regulations

• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
