Your new role

• Develop and execute a multi-year AI and data strategy aligned to business growth priorities.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases across the organisation.
• Drive adoption of machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI.
• Partner closely with business, technology, and regional stakeholders to translate strategy into execution.
• Establish robust data governance, AI ethics, and risk frameworks.
• Lead and build a high-performing regional team while shaping organisational capabilities.

What you'll need to succeed

• 12–18+ years’ experience in AI, data, analytics, or digital strategy.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of: AI / ML / GenAI applications, Data platforms, governance, and architecture, Commercial use of data in complex organisations.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to influence and engage C-suite stakeholders across regions.
