Your new role

• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA qualification is a must
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven working experience as a Head of Accounting, Financial Controller, or similar role in sizable listed company
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
