Group Head of HR & Administration (HK Stable Co. | Asia Businesses)

Role Overview
The Head of HR & Administration will lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions across the organisation’s regional operations. This role is critical in driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and building a strong, cohesive company culture aligned with business objectives.
The incumbent will act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing strategic direction on people-related matters while ensuring effective implementation across all offices.

Travel Requirement: Approximately 40% travel within Asia.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and growth plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organisational development, talent strategy, and workforce planning
  • Lead change management initiatives across regional offices

2. Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Design succession planning and leadership development programmes
  • Establish performance management frameworks and drive a high-performance culture

3. Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Build a strong, inclusive, and cohesive organisational culture across multiple locations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor organisational health metrics
  • Lead internal communication strategies and employee relations

4. Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks
  • Ensure alignment with market trends and business performance
  • Oversee payroll, rewards, and recognition programmes

5. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all regional labour laws and regulatory requirements
  • Standardise HR policies and processes across all offices
  • Oversee HR systems, data analytics, and reporting

6. Administration & Facilities Management
  • Lead the administration function, including office operations, facilities, and vendor management
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective administrative support across regional offices
  • Implement best practices for workplace safety and operational efficiency

7. Regional Oversight
  • Provide leadership and consistency across multiple regional offices
  • Travel frequently (approx. 40%) to support and align regional teams
  • Drive integration and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree Holder
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a medium to large regional organisation
  • Strong exposure to multi-country or regional operations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with C-suite executives and influence strategic decisions
