Your new role

The Global Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing key accounts in Hong Kong and globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders. They will work closely with internal teams to implement sales strategies, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in the region.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and channel partners in Asia, Middle East, Europe and South America market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in the region.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with key accounts to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales or sales in the consumer electronics industry in Hong Kong.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively.
  • Native fluency in Cantonese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong market, including key players, distribution channels, and consumer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
