Exciting General Manager opportunity with an international luxury hotel amenities supplier

Your Company:
Our client, an international hotel amenities supplier, is seeking a General Manager to join their operation in Hong Kong. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving business growth and managing the sales team across the Asia Pacific region.

Your Role:
As the General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the business in the APAC market. This includes managing the sales team for both the hospitality and wholesale business segments. Your primary focus will be on maximising existing accounts, building and developing client relationships, and promoting a range of products including Bedding, Bath, and Accessories within the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration. Motivating and supporting the local sales teams will be crucial to achieving success.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a managerial sales or client service environment. Previous experience in the Asia Pacific market is required, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and business culture. The role will require heavy travel, so flexibility and willingness to travel extensively are essential. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills will be critical for effectively managing the sales team and driving business growth.
