Your new role

• As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
• Oversee the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with business unit heads to determine revenue and expense projections.
• Analyse financial trends and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic insights to support growth and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Act as a superuser of the Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) system.
• Leverage your expertise to optimise financial processes and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related finance discipline.
• CPA or CFA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit firms and sizeable companies.
• Solid experience with Oracle EPM system.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
