Your new role
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk at work.
- Act as a role model and culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards.
- Partner with Infrastructure divisions overseeing and validating expenses, headcount, and allocation accuracy.
- Collaborate with Corporate Services to support corporate real estate strategy planning and initiatives across the Asia region.
- Maintain and oversee corporate real estate and infrastructure budgets, forecasts, and estimates and align with business priorities.
- Drive transparency and informed decision-making across non-compensation expense categories.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and financial reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation levers.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years' relevant experience in Management Reporting
- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
- Thorough understanding of GAAP Accounting principles such as lease accounting and accrual basis accounting.
- Experience with financial budgeting & planning.
- Demonstrated ability to create concise and cogent management reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, data manipulation, data presentation and AI tools (Co-pilot).
