Finance Manager, Stable Foreign Bank

A stable foreign bank is hiring a Finance Manager for their Finance team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join their business. The successful candidate will primarily focus on regulatory reporting, with additional responsibilities in financial reporting and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely HKMA regulatory reports in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support management reporting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on regulatory reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
