Your new role

• Manage the overall financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
• Implement and maintain effective internal control policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, including coaching and development of staff
• Take part in system implementation project

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control
• Experience in managing teams and working with senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insight and recommendations
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
