A global top-tier financial service firm is looking for a Finance Director in HK to help with their US IPO
Your new company
Your new company is a top-tier (leading in its industry) financial services firm with offices globally that is looking for a Finance Director with prior experience helping companies list in the US.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be seated at the group level, and be responsible for:
- Overseeing / assisting with group consolidation
- Managing and co-ordinating with regional finance teams
- Assisting with US IPO
- FP&A
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need 10+ years of finance experience within MNCs, ideally be Big 4 trained, and have prior experience in US IPOs. Prior experience in financial services will be a plus, but is not mandatory.
