Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Take responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s long-term goals.
Risk Management:
- Plan and perform risk management duties.
- Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments.
Capital Structure and Financing:
- Oversee the company’s capital structure and optimal financing options.
- Manage fundraising plans and capital allocation.
Financial Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and Communication:
- Collaborate with other C-suite executives (CEO, COO) to drive the company’s overall strategy.
- Provide clear and effective communication to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Proven experience as a CFO or similar senior financial leadership role.
At least 25 years of work experience in the field
Relevant industry experience is preferred: Real Estate, Infrastructure, Transportation, etc.
Solid Investment Experience on long term projects
Able to speak Mandarin, English & Cantonese
