Your new company

A multinational railway solution specialist has just been awarded a new service contract with MTR and is now expanding their site operations team. They are looking for a Site Supervisor with a railway background to commit to an all-night shift working arrangement. The successful candidate will require a CP-T qualification.

Your new role

• Take ownership of the site work and as the lead CPT for the assigned project, including major interface with Project Manager and Safety from MTRC.
• Conduct site survey activities/ trials as per Project Manager / Engineers instructions with constructive feedback such as technical feasibility and resource optimisation.
• Lead & supervise Field Services technicians and/or Contractors to perform refurbishment works (electrical and/or mechanical) in Hong Kong.
• Ensure site activities are executed within contract agreed project work scope, safety and work quality
• Handle installation and technical issues, report installation progress and maintain proper documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in E&M Engineering or a related discipline or apprentice training in an E&M field or E&M related training.
• At least 5 years practical working experience in maintenance, preferably in railway, rolling stock, automotive or related industries.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
• Qualification in the MTRC CP(T)
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
• Holder of HK driving licence 2
