Your new role as a Field Sales Representative, the successful candidate, will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Territory Management:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned space.
- Identifying local business opportunities and challenges.
- Regularly visiting chain-store and drug store outlets to implement field sales and merchandising tasks.
- Relationship Building:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel in every chain-store and drug store outlet.
- Collaborating with store staff to ensure healthy stock holding and full distribution rates.
- Sales Monitoring and Execution:
- Monitoring sales performance, distribution, and in-store promotion activities.
- Ensuring effective execution of promotional campaigns and product displays.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Form 5 education or equivalent
- At least 3 years of field sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Existing connections in drug stores and open trade channels.
- Aggressive, result oriented with strong communication skills
