Your new role
- Provide administrative support in the investment banking team
- Handle travelling arrangements (flights, transport, hotels, etc.)
- Prepare expense reports and handle invoices
- Set up meetings and calls, both internally and externally
- Assist in marketing activities
- Handle ad-hoc project
What you'll need to succeed
- Great command of English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree holder
