I am partnering with my client, a renowned brand in the f&b industry, to seek an Event Manager with 5+ years' experience in event management, preferably in the Wine & Spirits or Food & Beverage industry.

Your new role

• Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to organise, carry out, and oversee the installation progress of projects while ensuring quality within specified deadlines.
• Ensure smooth event operations and efficient communication with chefs, clients, and internal teams.
• Strategise, budget, and manage project deviations, presenting regular updates to management.
• Manage marketing and public relations tasks.
• Flexible and willing to travel for business to Mainland China and Macau.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or equivalent.
• 5 years or above experience in event management, PR, or marketing.
• Exposure to vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Event operation experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
