Your new company

This multinational and large Asset Manager is looking for a Fund Operations Officer to join their team in Hong Kong. They are targeting professionals with 3+ Years of Middle Office experience within ETF / Mutual Funds (Sell Side / Buy Side).

Your new role

• Cash, stock and NAV reconciliation
• Handle enquiries related to fund dealing, fund performance or any related matters.
• Management reporting
• Oversee the services and coordinate with fund administrator, custodian and transfer agency etc.
• Participate in system migration / implementation project

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ Years of relevant Middle Office / Fund Operations experience within Banking / Asset Management
• Collaborative, energetic with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
