Your new role

• To co-ordinate with consultants and contractors
• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
• Coordination and counter check on preventive maintenance and repair schedules
• Preparation of tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services
• Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in the maintenance field (e.g. Residential buildings, Office buildings)
• Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available is an advantage
