Your new company

A well-established multinational company is now expanding their business in Hong Kong. They have 2 facilities in New Territories, and they are now looking for a Supervisor to manage the repair, operations & maintenance activities on these 2 sites with a team of 2 Technician.

Your new role

• Supervise technical team on repair & maintenance works.

• Responsible for regular preventive maintenance and daily operations

• Provide regular reports, incidents report, inspection and other related documents to management.

• Responsible for office & site related renovation, repair & maintenance, inspection, fit-out, reinstatement works.

What you'll need to succeed

• REW A is a MUST

• Hi Diploma in Building Services/ Electrical or related discipline

• Solid experience in repair & maintenance work on MEP systems (MVAC; HVAC; A/C; Fire; chiller; pump & drainage, etc.)

• Basic English reading & writing

What you'll get in return

• 28-35k x 12 months + bonus
