Your new company

A well-established client side business is now expanding their business operations in Hong Kong. They are looking for 2 outstanding Electrical Engineering background candidates to join their operations and take the lead on the upcoming renewable energy project. The scope of work will include 1. end-to-end project management, 2. consultant & contractor management, 3. business strategy formulation, 4. maintenance & operations planning and handover.

Your new role

• Oversee all construction related matters on electrical & renewable energy projects, including internal multidisciplinary stakeholder management, consultant & contractor management, tendering, site management, construction, health & safety assurance, project delivery.

• Formulate site execution plan and oversee quality control & assurance.

• Ensuring construction work is delivered in accordance with the original schedule and budget

• Take the lead on implementing process optimisation, digitalisation and automation to enhance efficiency

• Liaise with government, electrical utilities and external parties on project coordination

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering

• 6–10 years of working experience with a proven track record of internal promotion

• Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Sounded knowledge of renewable energy projects and electrical systems

• Good command of both Chinese and English

What you'll get in return

• 60–85k x 12 months + 2–3 month bonus

• 20AL
