An established engineering and construction organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of major building and infrastructure projects. This position plays a key role in overseeing electrical and E&M works throughout the entire project life cycle, from feasibility review and design management through procurement, construction, commissioning, and final completion.

Working alongside project teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will help drive successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Your new role

• Take ownership of electrical and E&M project delivery from planning through final handover.

• Review engineering designs and coordinate technical interfaces among project stakeholders.

• Lead tendering activities, including bid evaluation and subcontractor engagement.

• Manage project costs, procurement schedules, and resource planning activities.

• Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient project execution, on-track construction progress and programme milestones.

• Oversee site installation work, testing procedures, and commissioning activities.

• Ensure all works comply with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.

• Identify project risks and implement timely solutions to technical and operational challenges.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• At least 8–10 years of experience delivering electrical or E&M projects within construction, contracting, engineering, or infrastructure environments.

• Strong understanding of project controls, technical coordination, and site operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commonly used engineering software tools.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a dynamic project environment.

• REW qualification would be advantageous.
