A top‑tier insurer is seeking a senior BCM and OR professional to join the team as an individual contributor.

Your new role

• Lead and continuously enhance the firm’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience (OR) framework in line with regulatory and industry standards.

• Partner with business and technology teams to conduct BIA, BCP reviews, scenario testing, and impact tolerance assessments.

• Act as the subject matter expert for disruption management, including incident response, crisis support, and post‑event remediation.

• Oversee BCM and OR systems, data, and reporting, including application resilience, cloud migration readiness, and management dashboards.

• Advise on third‑party risk, technology resilience (e.g. RTO/RPO), and provide clear updates to senior management and governance committees.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder with 10+ years of relevant experience in BCM, OR, operational risk, or resilience‑related functions.

• Professional certification in BCM and/or demonstrated hands‑on OR programme ownership preferred.

• Strong experience working with complex business and IT environments, ideally within insurance or financial services.

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficient in English and Chinese, adaptable to changing priorities, and customer‑outcome focused.
