Director Corporate Banking Greater China focused (Foreign Bank)
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, you will manage and grow relationships with large corporates in Singapore and deliver tailored solutions across Corporate lending, transaction banking and Treasury products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and expand a portfolio of large corporate clients in line with the bank’s strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution: pitching, structuring, credit approvals, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Develop account plans to drive cross-sell opportunities and credit growth.
  • Achieve asset growth, revenue, and audit compliance targets.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in relationship management, deal origination, or loan syndication with large corporates/MNCs or public sector entities in Singapore.
  • Experience in a global bank (Hong Kong or Singapore) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of trade finance, cash management, capital markets, FX/derivatives, and corporate finance.
  • Solid credit assessment and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication in English; Mandarin preferred but not essential.
  • Based in Hong Kong with frequent travel to Singapore.
