Your new role

Our client is looking for a good team player with a can-do, proactive attitude and open-mindedness.

Responsibilities:
• Understand business needs and goals, ensure all deliverables are in good quality and timely;
• Day-to-day execute digital communication campaigns (including eDM/Whatsapp/SMS/MMS/push notification).

• Work closely with creative team and other internal teams to deliver the content and layouts;
• Support campaign setup in campaign management toolsets, setup tagging and conduct UAT;
• Support ad hoc ATL marketing materials (e.g. product launches, brand awareness campaigns)

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communication or related discipline;
• Minimum 1-year experience in CRM/ digital marketing/content role; candidate with agency background is preferable;
• A quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Great attention to detail, ensure deliverables meet requirements and closely follow up with every production procedure;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills;
• Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
