Your new role
- Responsible for formulating strategies and executional plan for digital experience, design process for assigned pillars (UXUI/digital products/digital operation) within multiple business units
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including UXUI, front-line, marketing and IT departments for project planning and implementation
- Experiment with multiple design thinking methodologies to leverage and test out different digital experiences with a customer insights-driven approach
- Build and embed tools, processes and governance to drive digital best practices
- Define, manage and present key success measures to reflect the evolution of different digital experiences
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in digital experience strategy and/or experience design
- Solid experiences in digital technologies/products, frameworks and development approaches for web and mobile
- Expertise in program management and/or customer experience design, especially for digital channels
- Experience with commercial and vendor management
- Sensitive to digital and e-commerce market trends with ability to identify opportunities and drive and implement changes
- Proactive, open for communication and act as a change agent
