Your new role
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals
- Play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure solutions to support the development and deployment of eCommerce websites
Work with multiple IT Teams to craft an exceptional O+O shopping experience
- Keep track of system metrics to identify areas for improvement
What you'll need to succeed
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Proven experience as an IT leader, preferably in the retail industry, with a focus on supporting multiple business units or regions
•Strong understanding of retail business processes and operations, including supply chain, inventory management, point-of-sale systems
•Solid understanding of frontend and backend technology, including cloud technologies, network architecture, and cybersecurity
•Experience in managing and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands effectively
•Occasional travelling is needed
