Your new company

Our client, an APAC Leading Retail Group, is now looking for an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the overall enterprise Data architecture. You will oversee technical architecture, Data platform, BI and CRM and coordinate with external partners to deliver scalable and reliable BI & data solutions across multiple regions.

Your new role

• Define and maintain the overall data architecture, including cloud-based solutions and analytics platforms.
• Ensure ETL processes, data models, and reporting frameworks meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Plan and execute regional rollouts, setting clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for business leaders, technical teams, and vendors. Align priorities and manage expectations across all parties.
• Guide and mentor a diverse team of data engineers, BI specialists, and infrastructure experts to achieve project goals.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 10 years’ of working experience in IT industry with Data Architect experience. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale data warehouse or BI initiatives, preferably in a cloud environment. Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and cloud technologies (Azure experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and visualization tools such as Power BI.
