At Hays, we work with industry leaders to search for the best talent within Insurance. At the moment, my client is currently seeking for an experienced strategist to oversee various strategic initiatives that will impact the organisation on a grand scale.

Your new role

Working within a specialised team overseeing customer experience, journey & propositions. You will conduct research, market analysis and campaigns to provide market leading Life & Health products within the Hong Kong market. Working with cross-functional departments, such as marketing, digital, distribution and operations.

What you'll need to succeed

This role will require at least 3+ years’ relevant within Customer Experience, Marketing or Propositions, along with a passion for insurance products. A strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market will be essential. Communication in both English and Cantonese will be needed, spoken and written.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer
