Your new role

• Report directly to the CEO and act as a core member of the senior leadership team.
• Define and execute the overall technology strategy in line with business priorities
• Own platform architecture, system scalability, security, and reliability across the organisation.
• Lead internal technology & sales teams and manage external vendors and implementation partners.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Translate business objectives into practical, high‑impact technology solutions

What you'll need to succeed

• A Master’s degree in Technology is an advantage.
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident status
• Fluent Cantonese is a must; English proficiency is required for senior‑level communication.
• Track record of leading teams and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable technology outcomes
