Your new role

• Develop, review, and enhance credit policies and procedures in alignment with HKMA regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of credit policies across the organization.
• Monitor credit risk exposure and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular policy reviews and updates based on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Provide guidance to business units on credit policy interpretation and adherence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit policy development or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HKMA regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
