We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in corporate banking credit analysis, with a proven track record of managing a team and delivering results. The Credit Analyst Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit analysis process for corporate clients, managing the corporate credit portfolio, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures.

Your new role

- Manage a team of credit analysts and provide leadership and guidance

- Oversee the credit analysis process for corporate clients and ensure timely and accurate completion of credit proposals

- Monitor and review the corporate credit portfolio to identify potential risks and make recommendations on risk mitigation strategies

- Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, lenders, and credit bureaus

- Provide regular reporting to senior management on corporate credit portfolio performance and risk exposure

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

- 5–10 years of experience in corporate banking credit analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on corporate credit risk analysis

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
