Position: Corporate Management Officer

Our client is seeking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join as a Corporate Management Officer. As a leading textile manufacturing company located in Kwai Chung, we are committed to producing high-quality products and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director in project coordination and internal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Managing Director in coordinating and managing various projects.

- Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

- Support C-level executives in their daily activities and provide necessary assistance.

- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely and efficient follow-up on action items.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during project execution.

- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and proactively identify areas for improvement.

- Exhibit exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate setting.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.

- Strong organisational and project management skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

- Demonstrated high emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work well with diverse teams.

- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
