Overview

We are seeking a high‑calibre Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking Division, specializing in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology sectors. The successful candidate will drive client acquisition, deepen strategic relationships, and deliver comprehensive banking solutions to healthcare-sector corporates across Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Your New Role:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare services clients.
  • Develop strong senior‑level (C‑suite / Finance / Treasury) relationships and act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day banking needs.
  • Understand clients’ business models, regulatory environments, product pipelines, funding needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Originate opportunities across loans, trade and supply chain financing, cash management, FX/derivatives, treasury products, and structured finance.

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; postgraduate or CFA/FRM preferred.
  • Minimum 5–10 years corporate banking experience, with at least 3 years covering healthcare/pharmaceutical companies preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in client acquisition, credit structuring, and deal execution.
  • Solid credit analysis skills with experience preparing full credit proposals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese.
