What you'll need to succeed
- Reported to Head of C&B, Group Human Resources
- Perform to management full spectrum of C&B duties and HR projects / operations to meet business strategy
- Manage annual salary review exercise, annual total remuneration survey and benefit survey submission, and other compensation related topics
- To monitor local Human Resources operations and be responsible for report/ analysis projects
- To lead annual performance management cycle and annual salary review cycle.
- To perform various analysis on headcount, attrition, cost and budgeting for the team
- To assist develop, implement and administer C&B policy and procedures and ensure countries, regional and group level C&B initiatives meet statutory requirements and align across the region
- To assist follow up with countries HR in order to manage salary surveys, compensation analysis, benefits review, salary review and bonus exercise for all levels of staff members
- To prepare reports in C&B related for senior management information and review
- To support HR operations function occasionally
What you'll get in return
- Degree graduate in HR Management, BBA or related discipline
- Over 8 years ' experience from multinational company in Human Resources with Compensation & Benefits Specialities
- Able to collaborate and network within matrix and intercultural teams
- Good analytical skills with high capacity for data, analysis and recommendations related to compensation and benefits
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication and organisational skills to handle project independently
- Proficiency in MS Office with Excellent Excel Skills is Mandatory
