KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
KPI within 3 years:
● Adopt at least 60% of cloud automation on hosted on cloud
● Achieve at least 70% adoption of automatic software deployment
● Reduce 30% in systems managed by cloud service deployment
● Achieve 10x faster software delivery
● Ensure service level of production environment aligning with agreed SLA/SLO
KPI to enable Polaris strategy:
● Execute the Polaris strategy to facilitate the digital and cloud-enabled transformations:
● Reduce the lead time for production deployment
● Increase the number of projects delivered in the cloud environment to be automated
● Reduce the number of high and critical vulnerabilities by applying the cloud security controls to provide safer systems
KPI on daily basis:
● Rollout and manage cloud projects in all markets
● Manages cloud solutions delivery risks, identifies, determines and recommends risk mitigation solution for deployment and maintenance as appropriate

●Group Technology & Digital, Group Function stakeholders for Group wide Initiations
●Country/BU Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations officer, Business leaders

DECISION MAKING
●Execute the multi-cloud strategy and meet achievable milestones for cloud adoptions, which aligns with the target KPIs set in Polaris and Tech strategies for Group and all markets
●Proposes and drives architectural changes that affect the whole company to solve scaling and performance problems.
●Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
What you'll need to succeed
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor's degree in engineering or cloud or equivalent work experience
● 3+ years of relevant work experience in a cloud environment
● 3+ years of relevant development or operational automation experience
● Strong working knowledge of Linux systems and applications
● 1+ years' experience working with cloud automation/orchestration technologies
● Performed at least one chaos experiment, citing improved availability and reduced Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR)
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
● Expertise in the core cloud services architecture and cost mechanics (Compute, containers, database, serverless, storage, etc.)
● Knowledge of coding and most of the common programming languages including Ruby, JavaScript and PHP ● Expertise in the major cloud providers such as AWS and Azure Monitoring tools such as Prometheus Monitoring, Grafana,
● AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Dynatrace and New Relic
● Strong financial background to create ROI, TCO, and cost and utilization optimization strategies
● Think about systems: edge cases, failure modes, behaviors, specific implementations.
● Knowledge of software development and SDLC
● Experience with chaos tools, such as Chaos Toolkit, Pumba, Litmus, Chaos Mesh, Chaos Monkey, simian army
