Cloud Infrastructure Manager

What you'll need to succeed

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud HCSO, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability.
Lead and manage infrastructure and cloud-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to meet business objectives and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals, to gather requirements and provide technical solutions leveraging cloud technologies.
Manage vendor relationships and effectively communicate with cloud service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, access control, and integration with on-premises systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large-scale ICT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in networking, firewall administration (Huawei preferred), and cloud technologies (Alibaba).
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory administration and Windows server management.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in implementing IT service desk best practices.
Relevant certifications such as Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA), Huawei Certified Network Professional (HCNP), Alibaba Cloud Professional (ACP), or equivalent are highly desirable.
Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
