A Renowned European Private Bank is looking for a KYC and Client Onboarding Associate

Your new role

• Ensure compliance with HKMA guidelines and policies.
• Review client documentation and perform risk assessments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for information collection.
• Complete client onboarding processes within defined timelines.
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates of client information.
• Assist in developing and implementing remediation plans.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in client onboarding, KYC, or compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of HKMA regulations and AML requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
